I can't believe how fast the months are going by - It's June next week!
Everything is stepping up a gear with more clients, more events, 2 new trainers, new courses, groups and challenges!
New Trainers
I would like to introduce and welcome Scott Hobbs who will be helping me out with both amc-training and Challenge Central.
Most of you have already met Scott and some have already had the pleasure of training with him. He is an excellent trainer and will bring a lot more variety to training options.
Scott will be helping with 1:1 sessions, group sessions and fitness courses so please make him feel welcome in our team.
Michael Fortune will also be joining us, initially in an admin and promotion roll but he will be studying his Personal Trainer award this year so will be joining in with some of the group sessions. Again please make him welcome.
Challenge Central
Exciting times are upon as Challenge Central continues to develop and grow an identity of its own. If you train with amc-training you will have free membership to Challenge Central and will now receive news about Challenge Central in a separate newsletter written by Scott.
CC will retain the colours of black, red and white whilst amc-training will adopt the new training colours of blue, white and pink. Shirts are being printed and will be with us soon.

New Group Session
SquashFit has taken new shape by combining squash coaching with fitness. Previously SquashFit was designed around fitness and fun with little technically coaching. With the help of a squash coach the sessions will now use a circuit system of coaching, fitness and squash matches.
The session has now moved to Tuesday at 6pm. Email me to register your interest.
Muscle Fit
The MuscleFit session again has a change of focus by targeting beginners to intermediate level of weight trainers. Scott and myself will run the sessions with the focus on proper lifting technique and strength conditioning.
MuscleFit will now run on a Thursday at 6pm.
Boot Camp
From June 2010 amc-training will be running the first boot camp. Our boot camps will consist of 6 weeks, 3 sessions a week training regime with a structured but varied focussed.

New T-shirts
As previously mentioned amc-training will be adopting new colour shirts. The shirts are being printed this week and you will all receive a shirt for free. You will be able to buy further shirts online or from me at the gym from next week. I would prefer that amc shirts are worn in the gym and cc (black) are worn for challenges and cc events.
